The bungalows are made of bricks and have a makuti-roof, that is a typical palm leaves roof, and they are supplied with all facilities: ceiling fan, timbers and mosquito nets.
Rooms are wide and bright, with double or single bed, have place to put one’s things such as baggage, clothes, books, suntan lotions…
In the interior, a closet, sofa and a little kitchen are provided together with a spacious tiled bathroom with shower and hot water.
Many sockets are available (230 volt).
The timber wood furniture has been made by the expert craftsmen from Zanzibar and the furnishing in Zanzibar style makes the atmosphere typical. Beautiful is the handmade woodcarving, which primps each front door of the bungalows and the wide mirrors in the bathrooms. Special is the rope workmanship, which decorates the sofas and carpets. Characteristic are the coloured kangas, everyday women’s clothing, sewn as curtains.
The rooms are tided up more times during the day in order to assure neatness and tidiness.
